Many carpenters, contractors, builders and designers/ drafters have been caught up and are deeply affected by this historical downturn in the industry. I would like to contribute to making change and  busting this economic downturn by providing low cost design for as many remodeling projects as I can take on, giving each project the time and talent it deserves.

I am a creative and seasoned professional – I will provide a set of drawings ready to be reviewed by City Officials, and make corrections and changes if required by the City, to make sure your project receives a permit.
